Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

GabbyVox is an Appitome Inc. company ("GabbyVox," "Appitome," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains how our text messaging program works — what we send, how you opt in, how often you'll hear from us, and how to stop. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your information.

1. What messages we send

GabbyVox sends transactional and account-related text messages only. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts, and we do not use purchased lists or third-party lead sources. Typical messages include:

A signup or setup link you asked for during a call.
Options for choosing your service phone number.
Confirmations when you make changes to your line or account.
Go-live and account notifications for the life of your account.

2. How you opt in

You receive texts from us only after you consent, in one of two ways:

Verbally, during a phone call — for example, by answering "yes" when GabbyVox asks, "Can I text you your setup link and send confirmations when you make changes to your line?" Your consent is captured in the call recording and logged with a timestamp against the mobile number you provided.
By providing your number through a form that discloses SMS use.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

6. How to stop (opt-out) and get help

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at privacy@appitome.com.

7. Your privacy

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and aggregators that act solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you have requested.
